Integrated Design Group, inc. is an architecture and engineering firm with offices in Boston and Dallas with projects around the USA and beyond.  We have a staff of 55 employees, spread between offices, who travel frequently.  We are looking for a full-time, experienced person who will be based out of our Boston office, to provide support to our staff.  Responsibilities may include:  

 

  • Create, resolve, and escalate support tickets by working directly with staff to resolve issues both in-house and remotely. 
  • Create and maintain user accounts for employees for network, email and other software.
  • Image and deploy workstations to employees.
  • Monitor workstation information such as antivirus logs, installed patches, configured software, and more.
  • Other tasks as requested
